I’m afraid you misunderstood me. I’m not talking about the %CORRECT_ANSWER_INFO% variable, but rather the %CORRECT_ANSWER% variable.
I have defined the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text, which is displayed at the Result page like this:

Answer Provided: %USER_ANSWER%
Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%

If the correct answer to a question is NOT 0, Question in Backend, the correct answer is displayed correctly: Display on Result Page

Only if the correct answer is 0, Question in Backend, the correct answer is displayed as NA instead of 0: Display on Result Page

Unfortunately, all dots in the reply email are now replaced by a /, including the file names of the images (test.jpg becomes test/jpg) or other numerical values ​​(0.3 becomes 0/3).
