I don’t have any caching plugins enabled, but turning on the async setting did seem to do something. I can know see the results button once I refresh, though it is acting a little wonky; the “you cannot vote again” notice will appear for a moment as it’s loading, and then disappear once the loading circle has vanished.

I am also having this issue – WordPress 5.7.2, WooCommerce 5.4.1 and Disable WooCommerce Bloat 2.4.9. “Disable WooCommerce Status Meta Box” is unchecked but it’s not appearing on the dashboard.
