I seem to have a similar problem – I can’t tell why I am not seeing any effect from the plugin.
My simplest custom css testing code is:
‘ /* h4 {color:red;}*/ ‘ – which checks out as valid on two test sites.

Having tried to track down the style sheets, I find a LESS compiler and some .LESS files – the theme I am planning to use is JBST. This is the first time I have come across LESS. Could I be hitting a compatibility problem?
