Hey @nexgendevs,

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! At the moment, this plugin does not currently allow for saving the questionnaire and resuming. This feature has been requested before and we are looking into this feature but do not currently have an estimate time frame for when it may be developed.

Hi MisoH,

Thanks for the useful information! We are going to need some extra information to properly troubleshoot your problem.

What is the Operating System you are currently using? What version of Firefox are you using?

Also have you tried using a different browser for the server that does not work?

We also wanted to double check to make sure that you did deactivate every plugin and then reactivate them one by one?
