How does one create an English version? A friend of mine is Japanese and can translate everything – can we help?

If you’re still having a problem I might be able to help. The Cache folder is located in wp-content>themes>flashnews. If you’re using an FTP program you should be able to change the permissions by hitting crtl+i or command+i on a mac.
