In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce Shipping Charges Issue with PaypalI too have been having this issue. I noticed it last month when I created a coupon that offered a flat discount combined with free shipping. The shipping charges were taken off at the checkout but when the customer paid through PayPal the shipping charges were there. I called PayPal who states they go by the information that is sent to them. I also noticed that the charge was incorrect. It was a shipping cost that I no longer have active. I changed it a long time ago so I’m curious as to where the information is being pulled? My guess is that it’s buried in the code somewhere. Now I’m noticing on a free shipping coupon that has been active for quite some time, some times it works and some times it doesn’t, specifically if customer enters their 9 digit zip code instead of their 5 digit zip code. All of this started last month after the last upgrade. I’ve had to refund so many charges it’s embarrassing. HELP!
