Thanks for reply. No, it’s not fixed yet. The form opens in popup but the Date selector doesn’t work and upon submit, the button just temporarily turns blue but the form stays as it was. No form submission, no success message nothing.

I can’t find any submitted form since 3 months ago

Thanks in advance, if it works I would like to show appreciation by buying form email addon.
