same here, i’ve upgraded 3 blogs, 2 went fine and one is UNUSABLE slow as hell, optimized/repaired tables, disabled plugin and it’s the same. CPU is throttling on host, i’ve noticed it happens moslt when you are on the edit.php section (editing / adding new posts).
ps- the funny thing is that on 2 of the 3 total blogs i’ve upgraded, have the same theme

im pissed of, i had to remove all the esc_attr and the esc_html from many files in /admin, it seems something its in conflict wth the esc_* .
then i tried to upgrade and “cannot copy file: /public_html/wp-content/upgrade/core/wordpress/wp-comments-post.php”
