As I have mentioned, the email notification gets sent out successfully to the user requesting for the appointment BUT not to the admin. (1) If your suggestion is true, then the email will be blocked totally on both recipients, admin and client/user. (2) I also mentioned that the email was also not found in the junk/spam inbox.(3) Finally, see below that the email domain and the website domain are identical.

Client requesting for the appointment/booking gets a confirmation email but I don’t get the email. I have double check the setting and don’t get any emails notification of the reservation. Also not in spam/junk email.
I have the same problem with all my websites using this plugin. So what is the solution?
