I did contact them. Their solution is to upgrade to Photocrati 10 as my version is now “legacy” and no longer supported. I’m weighing my options at this point. — Carl

The link to the page I referenced, of course, requires an administrative login to view.

I’ve also issued a trouble ticket with Photocrati.

Well, I’ve switched to another plugin — Awesome Flickr Gallery — which I was able to get up and running. I’d still be interested in a solution to this problem, however. I might switch back or use your plugin on another web site. I maintain a number. Thanks. — Carl
