Hi,

I don’t think it’s a problem of close periods between usage! it worked perfectly yesterday and today where I could compress 200+ images.

It’s defiantly a problem of images files names, they should be English. Mine were named in Arabic and after renaming them the API accepted them and compressed them well.

Hi,

I noticed that when the image file name isn’t in English the problem happens!? Is there any related issues?

Hi again,

I tried it now on 1 image and it worked! But it showed that the are 3 pending requests: 2 of them succeeded and 1 failed.

Here is the error message from the log:

[2023-10-09 07:55:12 : INFO] - Task with ID 229 and type (smush) failed with error code max_attempts_exceeded - Maximum attempts (5) exceeded for task 
```
What does this error mean? and from where the other two pending requests came?
