I’m pretty locked into my them, Twenty Eleven, is there any other way to resolve this problem?

Does anyone have a suggestion?
Happy New Year all! Ricky D, thanks for responding to my question. Just checked my site and although the plugin did stop the spammers who had already infected my wp blog, I have 5 new ones that just popped up. Is it possible to add these to your block list?

I am excited about the concept of allowing interesting polling questions and discussion on my blog. However, newly installed plugin is not working properly. I shows up while I am creating my post, I can even upload photos/questions. However, upon previewing my post, nothing shows up.Thanks in advance for your assistance,
