Thanks
I think you have missed my point. The email customiser is limited (understandably so) in its ability to customise. Which is why I want to use custom HTML in the email to have better control. For all the other Woocommerce emails, (ie; Completed order email, Processing order email, etc), we can do this by simply overriding the email template from Woocommerce -> Settings -> Email. I just copy the email template to my child theme and edit it directly to the way I want it.
However, this method doesn’t work with the Delivered email.
Hi @zorem , I just checked out the updated plugin. Very nice! I like the truck icon under Orders Action. Would be great to also have the Delivered status shorcut in the popup window (upon clicking the eye icon) from the Orders page. I’ve re-uploaded the pic in case you’re interested.

In any case, that’s a small issue. Thanks again and I’m looking forward to trying out trackship
Thanks for the quick reply!
Perhaps its easier to explain with a picture

From the main orders page, for orders marked as “Processing”, we can see an arrow icon available under the Actions tab. Clicking this will immediately change the order status to “Completed”. Similarly, if we decide to click the eye icon (circled in red), a popup appears and we are given the “Completed” icon at the bottom of the screen. My suggestion is to have a similar layout of icons to change Completed orders to Delivered. Hope it’s now clear 🙂

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] login problem with cacheThanks for the acknowledgement.
If I might add, it seems to affect other (similar) plugins which creates a modal login page. Another such plugin which is affected:
Woocommerce Login Popup and ShortcodesI’m not entirely sure when exactly this problem first started. But it definitely was fine with earlier versions LSCache.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Version 2.9.8 conflicts with conditional menu items pluginsAre you using a plugin that creates a custom login page? (like AJAX Login and Registration modal popup + inline form or Woocommerce Login Popup and Shortcodes)
If so, the issue could be with that plugin. Try disabling that plugin and attempt logging in. It should work (it did for me)
A few others have been having issues with modal login plugins (like the ones I stated above) even with v2.9.8 and I believe the developers have acknowledged this issue and working on a fix.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] login problem with cacheHi, sorry to interject but I am facing the same problem as the OP and would like to know if there is a workaround. The above WP plugin (AJAX login and registration modal popup) adds a popup login form functionality.
A user will not be successfully logged in on 1st attempt (despite correct credentials)
A 2nd attempt will be required before login is successful.Refreshing the page (after 1st login attempt) seems to also work.
Any thoughts?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] limit the number of reviews per customer per productHi there,
Is there any chance this feature could make its way to Woocommerce by default?
As mentioned above, it does seem logical to only allow 1 customer review per product irrespective of the number of times that product was purchased.
Of course, better still would be the ability to edit/update a previous product review.Thank you.

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Mobile theme support – Is there any way?Understandably so. Since I’m not familiar with PHP level customizations, it’s not an option for me at this point in time.
I guess my best bet is to use a different caching plugin.
Thank you for your time

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Mobile theme support – Is there any way? Thanks for the reply.
Will it be possible to not serve the cache when a mobile device is detected? That would also solve the problem
Thanks a lot Wassie! I was having the same problem as you, went through so many articles with different solutions like editing the wp-login.php file, functions.php file, etc but none worked! After reading your post, I deleted the customer-reset-password.php file in my child theme and low and behold, it worked!
I’m glad I found this post and if you don’t mind, I will share this answer to others who are facing a similar problem 🙂
