Actually the issue was resolved as soon as I moved the website to a new host.
I am not really sure what caused the issue, but since it worked after the migration I am suspecting it had to do something with the host.
Yeah it seems so! I hope my client is okay with adding his info in the WC email.

Yes that’s what I meant.I thought of that as well, I just wanted to make sure there isn’t any other way.
My initial thought was that either this can’t be done through paypal or I am missing some very obvious setting that does that.
If there is no other (relatively easy) way to do this, adding it in the email will work.
