I am unable to edit the wordpress URL and site address URL from Settings -> General.
What could be the problem?

I am currently having php version 5.2, Are there any chances of the upgrade resulting in crash ?
No i did not try that. But i tried reinstalling this plugin and I noticed the same error!
Could this be because of the php version? What is the desired php version required for this plugin to work.
