In the case of Simple Membership to 4.3.9, there is a record of the same user and IP address logging in twice at the exact same time.
Downgrading Simple Membership to 4.3.8 resolved duplicate logins in User Login History.From the above, it seems that Simple Membership 4.3.9 is designed in such a way that duplicate login records remain.

Downgrading Simple Membership to 4.3.8 resolved duplicate logins in All In One WP Security and Firewall’s Audit logs.
There must be a problem with Simple Membership 4.3.9.
Could you try using All In One WP Security and Firewall’s Audit logs?
