I just did. I sent a basic question form, since I’m using the free version and so can’t create a support ticket.
All good now, thank you. I had to turn on “Optimize original images”.
Then why do I still have optimized images with 99% compression rate?
Thank you for your answer Kris, but I need some more help. I particularly interested in jpeg compression and I coldn’t figure out if it is available in the fee version or not.
