Sorry for late response but that did help to find the relevant data 🙂
I got another question: How do I exclude the pages which are set to noindex/nofollow and hence I don’t want them to be listed in the search?

In reference of this conversation, please check my questions below which will make it more clear.
I have enabled couple of setting as shown in this screenshot. I am not sure where can I see those logs:
http://nimb.ws/Cpw6GEI found some results about the searches as show in this screenshot. http://nimb.ws/UtfsYp But I am not sure about some terms (# and HITS), can you please explain?
Also, let me know where can I see the IP log?Thank you,
