I just activated the 1.1.12 version from the link that you sent to me.(it is 1.1.12 and not 1.2.1)Now the 1.1.12 version is on. You can check it out.
The next available version is 1.2.2 that I am not interested in at the moment.

Go to the last word of the menu and click it and you will see the result. At this moment and for the next few hours (because it is Sunday) your plugin is enabled.
Please inform me as soon as you check my site in order for me to deactivate your plugin so that my site will work with wordpress form.
