thanks so much for your quick response. I could resolve the issue! This was what helped me:

“You can check/change your site title in the WP dashboard, under Settings –> General. If it’s blank, there are sometimes issues like this.“

In order to be sure I also changed all the names of the membership level to one name only. from “Member per year” to “Member”.
