I managed to change the text to an image on the landing page by finding some code in a forum post, but now when I go to the individual posts, it’s returning to the original text format and the formatting is a bit wonky. What am I doing wrong?

I can’t physically log into the site in order to make those changes… the site just won’t load in the front or back end.
This keeps happening once every couple of weeks…
