It’s built-in functionality, so it switches automatically.
E.g. my browser language is switched to Italian now, and all strings are displayed in Italian.

With SolidOpinon comments you receive notifications when your comment has got an answer, any effects has been applied to you or your comments, you’ve got points from someone etc.
You can turn on notifications in your profile on https://my.solidopinion.com/profile.Hope this helps.
