I get the same error when I test it locally, but when I put the site live I get an error that the page is not found. Has anybody figured this out yet?
Scratch that last post. I was able to fix the problem.
Do I need to add the shortcode even if I changed the default to true in the php file?

I have not figured it out yet, I am still trouble shooting it. If I get it resolved I will let you know what I did.
That did not seem to work. I deactivated the other plugin, deleted the gallery and created a new one. It is still not showing the captions.
