Ok I found out that if the website is using CloudFlare WP Cerber does not recognize the origin IP and shows CloudFlare IPs instead

I think it seems like a user cannot be connected with 2FA enabled from multiple computers?

I do see this error on my IP in the activity log.
“User’s IP address does not match the one used to log in”

Might be relevant:
I do have a 2nd account logged in with the same IP.

This is enabled. What I am talking about is EXTENSIONS. NOT PLUGINS.

Hi @aguinaldodarla

There is no option to auto-update like the plugins on the website have. It seems like extensions require manual updates or at least the one shown in the screenshot. There is not option automated it. Again, extensions do not equal plugins.

So once every few months there is a button to “Update” but no option to auto-update.

Hi thank you for clarifying. So even Citadel mode will not stop them from logging in to a non-admin-wordpress account (for example ecommerce customer).

Also, I was wondering if it blocks access to the admin panel or overall login attempts to the website. it’s an eCommerce. Admins can log in on the My Account page as well.

I was worried I was hacked because it is only happening on the websites that have these alerts. My other websites are fine.

I did a full integrity check and it seems fine after I re-installed some plugins.
