We’ve find the solution to this problem: actually the widget existed before the installation of WP Globus. That’s why it was confused with the translation.

As soon as we suppressed and re-created this Widget, the translation finally worked!

Just in case someone has the same problem.

Ok thank you we’ll try the troubleshouting so.

Also for the the script that should prevent people, because we don have it neither.
