Hi

I can’t submit a ticket because when click create ticket at Support it show error on console

app.js?ver=1.9.1:2 POST https://softlabbd.com/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customer-portal/tickets 422 (Unprocessable Content)

and
app.js?ver=1.9.1:2 POST https://softlabbd.com/wp-json/fluent-support/v2/customer-portal/tickets 403 (Forbidden)
