Yes I am already using this one https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/decimal-product-quantity-for-woocommerce/ but here is 1 problem. You have another plugin “Woocommerce Payments” that has a conflict with the above decimal quantity plugin.
Issue is with the checkout page. When checkout page is refreshed decimal quantity rounded of to 1.
I am unable to find the old versions of plugin in your website. Usually Old versions of plugins are available in Advanced View, but in the case of your plugin, it is not available. Can you please share the link from where I can download the v13.41.2 (2024.12.02)

Hi,
I just activated the default Twenty Twenty Three theme and its not working correctly. Issue of the cart page. Subtotal displays prices equivalent to 1 quantity instead of 0.3 quantity. You installed Astra theme and it only works there. Strange
Logins are still same if you want to test. I hope my input is helping you in bug identification.
And can’t we use any other method like credit card for pro plugin payment?
Can you please confirm what you did because its not working before as you noticed? So that I can apply the same on my other site. Plugin setting are same that is on the above provided site
And Coupon is the the by default WooCommerce functionality. I think it should not be disabled. If I move towards pro version, do you think everything work fines?

Note: All 3 issues are there/
- Decimal Quantity i.e 0.3 is rounded to 1 on the cart page.
- Refresh Pages issue on cart page case issue 1 resolve.
- Your plugin is hiding the coupon field on the cart page

Your updates in the plugin helps in resolving 1 issue.
Seems like issue is in plugin. Quantity issues resolved and 2nd issue (page refresh) still persist+1 more new issue. Below is the details.
- (Previous issue)Still there is one issue. Sub Total is not calculating correct ONLY “when the cart/checkout page is refreshed” in case of decimal products. Decimal Quantity seems fine but the Subtotal considers it 1 quantity instead of 0.4
- (New Issue). You plugin is hiding the coupon field on the cart page
