I have done as you suggested but it has not helped the logo problem. It still shows up briefly and then disappears.

The change it made was bringing the Contact Us in the sidebar to the top of the main text instead of below on mobile view and either position is fine with me.

Anything else you think might be worth a try? Its frustrating as I know its there as it shows up fine for a second or two.
