Update:
The search console has started working again today for me.
I’m not sure what exactly caused it, but it’s working now.

Hello James,
I keep getting the same error.
My responses for your queries are as follows.
1. Site health info – running PHP 7.2.33 and I have a couple of deactivated plugins.
2. The error occurs while clicking on Search Console tab.
3. In incognito mode, the progress bar keeps running for ages and nothing shows up.
Please help resolve the issue
