I did review and confirm that the steps on the Installation page had occurred.
I did not edit the slug manually myself, but I do see that the code on the Knowledgebase page does not exactly match the “Knowledgebase Slug” setting in the Knoweldgebase tab. The former is [kbe_knowledgebase] while the latter is “knowledgebase” (minus the quotes.” Might this be the issue?
None of the articles in the FAQ list seemed to apply to my situation.
I tried the main things you suggested…
I resaved the permalink structure. I confirmed that the Knowledgebase page was in fact created. The kbe shortcode appears on the page and the page template is set to right sidebar.As far as I can tell, the page should appear here:
http://paxar.ca/knowledgebase/
but it obviously doesn’t.-Neil
