I was able to fix this by turning on output buffering using ob_start(); in the wpspf_paymentform function. I am now having a different issue with the reCAPTCHA V1 is shutdown. Any idea why I am getting that?
Was this plugin abandoned? I’d like to use the pop-out feature but can’t find any documentation on it.
I am having the exact same issue, I wrote some javascript to change the ID of the first map div and then hide all the content in the header which allows the map to be added to the div in the content area, but it’s just a band-aid until the incompatibility is fixed.
