Thanks for your reply, I found after I posted that the shipping calculations have changed a couple of months back to make it simpler, except that the backward compatibility does not work so we have to change the way we calculate shipping to fit with the new system.

In reply to: How to use 2 themes working together?you could have a custom template page made that “looks similar” to the support theme you want to use, that way you just select that template page for your support knowledge pages, but that requires you to hire a developer to do that. If you provide you website url I could give you a better idea if it can be done quickly or not depending on the complexity of the theme.

In reply to: Payment Data Transferyou would have to set this up in wordpress if you were using a shopping cart or a membership system but since you only have a paypal button all you need is to make sure that you setup the return url (when you create the button in paypal you need to check the option Take customers to this URL when they finish checkout and enter the url where you want customers to be sent.

In reply to: Payment Data TransferI gave up using paypal sandbox a long time ago, it’s better to put your price to 0.01 and test it for real, you’ll get to test the full flow this way. your paypal seems to be setup ok, do you ask for the address.
here is some info regarding the paypal setup https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/howto_html_paymentdatatransferwhat they are referring to is if you want information back from the transaction so that you can display it to your customer (his transaction ID, maybe some message that says when he can expect to receive his shipment).

In reply to: Help on creating a "contract-form" for customersyes you can definitely do that, I have on occasion a checkbox that says : yes process my order and another checkbox that says: I don’t have all the information right now, then a text area below where they can provide more details if they have a question on the form for example.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Remove fields on Edit Addressyou can edit the file from your dashboard by going to appearance/editor and then select the file from the list on the right, but you need to keep in mind that if you update the theme you will loose your changes, you should never modify theme files unless you keep track of your changes and you apply them again everytime you update the theme.
