Thank you. Yes, I figure it out. The plugin is at fault, so I found a better one that solved my problem. This plugin, WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway, shouldn’t be on the market. Not to mention that it was slowing down the page.
The new one lets you fill out the County box so it’s all good. You can mark this one as resolved.
