I just wanted to inform we found an error in one of our custom codes. that one line of error was the reason for redirection
I am experiencing the same issue. I have installed the Easy SMTP plugin and now it works as the emails are being sent but on the form submission the user is redirected to the homepage URL but the ‘:’ after the https is missing making it a broken link with a typo. i.e. it redirects to “http//thecrimsonwizard.com/”
