In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] FTP shows only some pages in the cache/page_enhanced folderWith WordPress 4.4 and the current version (0.9.4.1), I don’t see any file at all in the page_enhanced directory.
I enabled pace cache for posts and added the relevant .htaccess rules for rewriting but I think the posts are not being cached at all, because there wasn’t any change in the time to first byte for the main request to a post. This makes sense, because there isn’t any file for the post I’m testing under the page_enhanced directory, hence the rewrite condition makes the redirect be skipped.
I don’t understand what could cause the cache files not to be created though: the directory has the same permissions as the cache/minify directory, which is working correctly.

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] Faster response but more dataThank you for the offer, but I don’t have time for more testing: I already solved my issue with another plugin. I wish the site allowed me to leave a review without a star rating… maybe better if I raise to 4/5?

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache - WordPress Cache Plugin] Faster response but more dataLook at the response time, the page was served from cache or it wouldn’t have a 500 ms lower time-to-first byte.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] This appears to be a poorly supported forumMaybe the author deleted the plugin to avoid being judged for its poorly supported forum. 😉 But yes that’s a pity, I would have liked to try that one too.

In reply to: [SpeakOut! Email Petitions] Large Exports > 10k seems to failAn offset seems a sensible solution, maybe you should share your patch. Alternatively, the export could spawn multiple jobs in sequence, append to a file locally and then offer the file for download when completed.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Working links to wikipedia reported brokenYes it’s all Wikipedia links, due to HSTS. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/false-positives-on-ssl?replies=4#post-7536711
Until the bug is fixed, you can replace every “http://” with “https://”, it will be a good service for your users too.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] False Positives on SSLI too have problems with HTTPS-only websites.
* 403 for http://wiki.creativecommons.org/wiki/FAQ (which actually HTTP 301-redirects to the HTTPS equivalent)
* 999 for some other sites
* 404 for HSTS sites such as Wikimedia, e.g. http://it.wikisource.org/wiki/Aiuto:Fonte(Feel free to ask me a patch if you want, but tell me what license the code uses as I couldn’t find it.)
