it does not happen all the time with pos orders either. Like once every 10 times. i had it happen 5 orders in a row though. but it seems very random whenever it happens. It happens with random items and sometimes 1 specific product has it, and the other time the same product with the same quantity doesnt have this issue. My current guess would be the Oliverpos making this issue.

as u can see total does not add up.
sorry for late reply, but i dont have the option decrease store credit. when i click on increase store credit nothing happens.
i tried using 2 different browsers, its like a glitch.
I’m trying to remove someone’s store credit as I have send them a coupon instead. Is deducting not possible at all?Sincerely

i didnt put calculate tax based on customer shipping address
and shipping tax class has to be on depending on cart am i right?if i update the oss reports will they change or is it only for future orders?

i did use the text domain, but i dont really know what text string to use.
for question 2 : at the moment Newness is at top , and sort by sales at the bottom, can i change the order of the sorting options?
