The “PRO features” checkbox is designed to show you what extra functionality you’d get by upgrading to our UPS Shipping Plugin for WooCommerce – Live Rates and Access Points PRO.
The checkbox should not affect your rates. Since you’re using the free version, none of these accessories (Rates Adjustments) are being passed via the API.
Please reach out to us via the contact form, as accessing your site we’ll be the best way to find the root cause.

Thanks for reaching out. Please note that “accessory” is a misnomer in the context of UPS API response. The message means that UPS can’t ship the specific order between given locations.

Indeed, such scenario is possible to address with our plugin. Please follow these steps:
Create 1st Flexible Shipping method name it Standard Shipping and add the cost.


Create 2nd Flexible Shipping method name it Insured Shipping and add the cost.


As mentioned, this method accepts higher weight limits, so please adjust it accordingly.
Lastly, please create 3rd method and name it “Free Shipping”:

In it set the minimum price threshold:

Additionally, you can set the Free Shipping features:

Our plugin allows you to create any amount of shipping methods. To verify how they are triggered at the checkout, please enable Flexible Shipping Debug Mode.

If I understand your scenario correctly, you saw the same shipping rates even after changing the weight and dimensions. Please note that our plugin pulls rates directly from USPS API, and the free version only accounts for weight.

To get more precise rates that utilize product dimensions, please consider using our USPS Live Rates PRO version. In it you can select other USPS Parcel Packing Methods that can better address your scenario. Additionally, you can always verify the official rates in the USPS Retail Postage Price Calculator. Our plugin is built to display rates aligned with this calculator.
