Forcing the download manually by copying the number from woocommerce_admin_email_report_download_link does download a larger .csv this time, but still not the complete .csv (forcing the download gives exactly 311 rows, the expected report should contain 409). These missing items are always in a block – attempting to recover the missing entries by selecting exactly this space and trying the download manually again invariably still misses entries – an expected export of 59 entries downloads 49, an expected export of 20 entries only downloads 12.

Hi Tijosh – sorry to be opening this up again: after the most recent update, this behavior has returned, complete with filling the scheduled actions list with woocommerce_admin_report_export over and over again, but not ever sending out the mail. I can check the mail logs for the site, and nothing is ever sent, regardless if woocommerce_admin_email_report_download_link appears in the logs or not (this is about 50/50 for every spray of the export actions). Directly querying the report (i.e., something like site.example/wp-admin/?action=woocommerce_admin_download_report_csv&filename=wc-orders-report-export-##############) downloads the given report… but only the first 40 or 50 rows, when the .csv is expected to contain over 400-500 rows.

This issue was supposedly fixed multiple times, from back in the Admin plugin, to recently in GitHub, each time with slightly different behaviours when performing the same action. Is this still a issue of concern?

Having done this a few times now, it seems the only way to avoid these issues entirely is to download a list containing less than 50 order entries at a time, which will automatically download a CSV on the same page, instead of prompting me to wait for an email that 70% of the time never comes. There needs to be some kind of reliable fix for this issue.
