Hi There,

I am able to access the participants-database_options in the WP database and was getting ready to delete the entry, but noticed there is a bunch of setup stuff in there. I didn’t set this plugin up originally, so would like to find a way not to have to set everything up again if possible. Is there a way to determine what role it thinks is the admin role by looking at the contents of this entry? I was unable to figure it out on my own, but thought maybe you could decipher it. I’ve enclosed the text for the entry below. If not, I’ll do the delete and start over. I assume if I have to do that, that I won’t lose any of the entries that are in the database we setup and that the structure will still be there?

Sorry, I forgot to make clear that I did check and I am marked with the Administrator role. I’ll try assigning myself all the other roles and see if it recognizes one of them. I’ll let you know if that still doesn’t work and I’ll comb through the history as well…

Hi Tijmen,

You’re right, it’s working now. Hopefully, just a temporary issue with the server. I appreciate the tips on what to look for if it happens again. Everything seems correct now, except that the Auto location feature doesn’t seem to be working, although it was at first. I see in your note on that feature that modern browsers require an https: connection in order for that feature to work. Is that something I can control on my end?
