I think I’ve solved the mystery. For some product we are using the “Pinning” function but imaginable badly.

The order is ok except the first hit (Netamin Mio-Inozitol por). It should be lower and nonetheless it is the first hit. I’ve watched this product in the admin page and I’ve seen this: Image

Previously we used this function like this: When we pinned (“Pinning”) a post, we put keywords in the box that belongs to the pinning section. When a user searched for one of these keywords, the post was listed first in the hits, so the search engine prioritized these keywords, before the actual post’s text.

But now, we think it’s working like this: if a post is pinned, no matter what’s in the keyword box, the search engine ranks the pinned posts first place based on the full text.

Up to now we used an old version of Relevanssi so maybe this feature has changed?
