I tried to fix the problem in ways that I could. I reported this to the hosting provider who replied:
“…[25-May-2018 08:48:06 America / New_York] PHP Warning: ini_get_all () has been disabled for security reasons in /home/youngaga/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 1031… ”
I changed the hosting provider. Unfortunately the problem remains.
GT Metrix always shows:
The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

Answering a message from Kevin (@ JX-3p). I’m using the latest version of Virtue 3.2.1. I just cleared the cache after uninstalling all the plugins but this did not work.
The site has Really Simple SSL plug-in installed. Now I will start acting in accordance with recommendations from Kadence Themes (@britner).
