this is ok, but the approval or disapproval email doesn´t have this option. The message goes just to the requester (and optionally to admin addresses). It should sent notification to an extra address, which is different from admin ones.

thank you for your quick reply. I know about this option. But my problem is that the recipient must be someone else than admin. So there is the third person who needs this information.
