No, there’s no attribute called brand on my website, nor on any product. The attribute mapping doesn’t detect any attribute called brand either, because there isn’t one. WooCommerce does have brand management, which they recently implemented, since it didn’t before. However, the selected WooCommerce brand doesn’t match the value appearing in the Facebook brand field. I’ve tried modifying it everywhere, and it doesn’t sync. It seems to be a bug in the plugin itself that’s blocking some fields.
That’s exactly what you see in the screenshot, but the problem is that the brand field is locked and can’t be changed either there or on Facebook. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting to Facebook and deleting the catalog to use a new one, and the field remains locked and can’t be changed. So the problem is something else.
When I add the [ywfbt_form] shortcode to the product page the add to cart form [ux_product_add_to_cart size=”small”] get hidden. As I told I got this issue before with the related products shortcode [ux_product_related style=”grid”] that I already fixed it by replacing with [related_products]. Is there any solution or alternative in this case?
Hi! I already tried it with smart button option instead of express checkout but as you can see I see the same, all is in english except the Pay in 3 button that is in spanish for some reason. I mean in the single product page not in the archive. In the product page it lets me change the position of the button but always one of them is showed below or above of the other. (You can see it on the link I sent you)
I had configured the related products tab with the shortcode [ux_product_related style=”grid”] but this didnt work with the frequently bought together plugin shortcode and I tried with the woocommerce default one [related_products] and it worked.
But I have configured the rest of the elements in the product page with ux_product shortcodes, and the [ux_product_tabs] should show the brand and additional information tabs but they are not working. If you look the link I sent you it dont show the brand and additional information tabs, but the rest of the products yes.
No, in the reports tab I only can see the impressions, clicks and programs. But once I installed the plugin I saw several conversions created in my ads account so I supossed that is configured right.
Thank you! I just contacted Google ads support and of course they said me that a global tag was already added to my website by the plugin. But they didn’t found any event snippet in my website for each conversion. Can you confirm that all the necessary configuration was done by the plugin? Including the specific tag for each conversion?
