Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, the code didn’t work. The options are still being displayed in different lines.

I’ve changed the first question to multiple-choice horizontal.

Thanks for your reply.

The same form is also at the very bottom of the page: https://ufinancial.com.au/refer-a-friend/

I’ve tried to attach the screenshots, but there wasn’t an option.

The popup form and the form at the bottom are the same form (id 10), but the phone number field is different in the popup form. It doesn’t have the same functionality (customized input mask).

Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply.

I’ve run a few tests and the form works. The same form used for the popups is used at the bottom of the page.

This is the page:
You have to click on ‘book a free chat’ or ‘talk to us’ in the right upper corner.

The problem seems to be the reCAPTCHA that is not loaded when the popup opens.
