I have detected that the issue is coming from a product variations’ plugin that is installed on the site. The plugin is creating subproducts – with the discounts – based on the original, and Woocommerce is calculating the fee based on the original product’s price, making the shipping fees unusable.
Thanks immensely for all the support, although I’ve finally realized that the issue isn’t coming from Woocommerce at all.

It seems that for discounted products the shipping fees are still applying to the original price rather than the discounted price, while I’d like the fee to take into consideration the discounted price.
Is there any way in which I could easily solve this?

I don’t see the correct fee for Italy, it’s even stranger that I can’t see it at this point, as can be seen: https://ibb.co/DdX31P0Also, the last order I received didn’t apply taxes, how is that possible?

I applied free shipping and the fee for both Italy and Europe.
So I have two shipping zones: Italy and Europe.I set both to free shipping with a minimum order of 150 euros (300 for Europe) and the single taxable rate of 10 euros for Italy (20 for Europe).
It worked for months when suddenly, even ordering a product from Italy under 150 euros, shipping is always free.
