Update, Sanjeev. I removed the plugin and re-added it and that seemed to fix the issue.
Hi Sanjeev,
Thanks for the quick respnose. Here are the details:
- WordPress: Latest version (6.9.1)
- Theme: GeneratePress (Pro), version 3.6.1
- For the patterns, I just create them from WP’s editting by grouping a paragraph then chosoe to turn the group into a synced pattern.
As mentioned, all of the pattern worked with TOC before but I don’t know when that stopped working.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
-D

In reply to: [FireBox Popups - Increase Sales and Grow Your Email List] Extremely buggyNo, it shouldn’t. As much as your software should have worked. It’s just that it seems you’ve never been aware of how buggy (BAD) the whole thing is, including your billing and license management. Wake up! Seriously, stop blaming something else! It’s YOU! All I did was cancel the auto payment.

In reply to: [FireBox Popups - Increase Sales and Grow Your Email List] Extremely buggyYou’re full of it!
- Your support was horrendous. You always blamed something else. When you found out that it was your code, you simply said, “It was confirmed….” as though you had nothing to do with it.
- The moment I canceled my subscription, you disabled my license despite the fact that my paid time wouldn’t expire in July 2025. That’s just wrong, if not fraudulent. As you might have noted, I didn’t even care about asking for a refund: https://dongknows.com/wp-content/uploads/firebox.png
- Your software is *really* terrible. I understand it might be your passion project, and while it might work on a website with a limited viewership, on a site that has a few hundred views or more a day, the loops can cause unnecessary server overloads and could crash a site.
Stop making those dumb updates. Less is more! Or just go find a new hobby!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] WorthlessFive stars? 🙂
I’m confused. I use the latest version of the Otter Pro plugin. And the Review Comparison Table is one of the available blocks. And I got to this support page from a link within the plugin itself. What am I missing?
In any case, the said issue has always been there.

In reply to: [Easy Table of Contents] Numerous issue with version 2.0.35Version 2.0.35.2 doesn’t fix the issues I mentioned. It didn’t change anything. x.34 works fine.

In reply to: [Easy Table of Contents] Numerous issue with version 2.0.35My previous message is about the latest update, version 2.0.35.1. The issue remains. Specifically:
1. The Open/Close doesn’t work when I pick “Pure CSS” it does if I choose Default. and
2. The sticky TOC shows no heading but just the Title of the TOC.2.0.34 works fine.

That fixed it. Thanks, Hardeep!
I hope you guys figure this out soon. It seems that might have something to do with time. If you open the page and then wait for a few minutes, the issue will happen right away as you type.
Version 1.7.5 has MUCH better performance on this front. 2.0.2 is lower immediately, even when the slowness hasn’t happened.
Maybe this has something to do with the renaming of the CSS classes, in the Review Block?

I wanted to add that I use the Review blocks via reusable blocks, and many of them were made with previous versions. Would that be the cause?

In reply to: [CHP Ads Block Detector] Questionable behavior of the PRO versionIt’s dongknows.com, Suresh. I’ve tried to contact you on the support forum of the Pro version for over a week with no answer:
https://codehelppro.com/community/chp-ads-block-detector-pro/license-activation-issue/
I just reinstated the Pro version. We have no control over the “rouge” ads, so we have no idea when it will happen again. But generally, our site doesn’t allow for pop-up or overlay ads (those that stay on top of the page, above the text, etc.)

In reply to: [CHP Ads Block Detector] Questionable behavior of the PRO versionWe’ve been testing and every time I enabled the Pro version, the weirds ads appear. We can’t figure out where they come from…
Still, this is a review section of the free version, which works without any issue. For that I increase the rating, just to be fair. Maybe you should be more responsive on your support forum for the Pro, Suresh.
