Have you published a privacy policy for your app?
If not you won’t be able to upload it until that has been done.
It doesn’t matter if it’s an APK or AAB file.
It’s also saying you’ve used the version code – add a .1 to it if it’s a small change, or a full 1 if it’s a major update.
If you change the version and try again it should just give you the privacy error. Put the policy together and you’ll be back on track.

I keep separate pages for the wpmobile content where I only use the block editor.
Otherwise the non-standard code inserted by Divi will appear in the app.
You can possibly get around that by telling wpmobile to use the Divi theme,
but you lose out on a lot of the benefits of the built in theme if you do that.
