This is still an issue.
I’ve completely deactivated, and uninstalled. Reinstalled fresh, set up only 1 new custom role, doubled checked all settings.
I have deactivated all other plugins (still doesn’t work with all other plugins deactivated). We’re running Divi Theme. I have UM running on several other sites running Divi theme. (Not having a single problem with any of these other sites.)
Login returns user to Login. Reset Password is showing as timed out by the time you click the link (in less than 1 min).
WP, all plugins, themes, etc are up to date.
Any ideas? I’m about to move on to a better option. This is infuriating and our client is very stressed out about this issue.

Global Site Access: Site accessible to Everyone
The site is accessible to everyone. Login, PW Reset, Logout accessible to everyone.
For this user role, the user should:
1. Login2. Get directed to a page that is only accessible via UM Custom settings:
a. Content accessible to Logged In Users
b. Only users with roles “B” and “E” (assuming you’ve got user roles A through E).3. WordPress Custom role and UM custom role match accordingly for the respective settings of the users assigned Roles “B” and “E”
4. As mentioned by another user above, absolutely no changes have been made to the user roles, nor page accessibility rules since the last update.
The Login page is accessible to everyone. No custom UM settings have been enabled on any of the account pages.
