Thanks for that, in fact just de-activating and re-activating it has cleared the error message.
Will do!
Thank you for that – I’ll monitor the orders and let you know.
That’s perfect, thank you!
Thanks for that – but whereabouts is the “flatten” option?

In reply to: [Super Progressive Web Apps] App freezes after a couple of runsHi, iit looks like it is, indeed, specific to my phone as it seems ok on other devices.
Thanks.

In reply to: [Super Progressive Web Apps] App freezes after a couple of runsI’m using the latest version of the Divi theme (4.27.4) but I can’t disable that as then the website will not ‘work’ at all. I have disabled all plugins apart from Super Progressive Web Apps. I also temporarily disabled my App Protection and Google’s Play Protect Scanning – there are no anti-malware/anti-virus apps on my Samsung device nor any network restrictions. It still freezes up – I’ve noticed that, in fact, I can run it several times in quick session and it seems to be a time-lag after which it freezes, rather than the number of times it is run.
However, it does seems as though it is something on my phone as installing it on another Samsung device it looks to be ok. I use the ADW Launcher as my home screen app on the device on which the app freezes – could that be an issue?
.
Hi Matias, I sent a direct message through your Facebook page…
Regards.
I’ve posted a message to your Facebook page… just wondering why that’s different from posting here?
Regards.

Hi,
There are only two themes in the settings, one is the default and the other is called “Custom Theme 1”. No matter which one I select, it doesn’t solve the problem, I’m afraid.

Ok, thanks.
Hi Waseem,
Thanks for your reply but we’re on version 3.3.1 of the Pro plugin…
Regards,
NickHi,
Can you confirm that the Pro version allows you to add gift vouchers as actual WooCommerce products (not that it just allows the gift vouchers to be redeemed in WooCommerce)?
This would be important to us as we would want customers to be able to buy other products from our website at the same time as purchasing one or more gift vouchers.
Thank you for your time.Hi,
Thanks for the reply again!
The feed you uploaded was the second feed which we created excluding the “out of stock” items. We think there may have been missing data (product image links etc.) in the out of stock items. Google did, indeed, report that there were no issues with any items in that feed.
However, we uploaded it to Google and all the items are now marked “Product Data Disapproved” but we think that’s because we used a different feed name to the original which Google doesn’t seem to like!
We’ve tried it again with the same feed name as the original and hopefully that will sort it.
Thanks for your time.
Regards,
Nick BurtonHi,
Thanks for the reply. We’ve followed the procedures/processes suggested by the link but still have the problem.
An example of the top and bottom of our feed is shown below – it all looks okay to us but I appreciate you are the experts! Is there anything you can see that may be causing an issue?
