Thanks for that – but whereabouts is the “flatten” option?

I’m using the latest version of the Divi theme (4.27.4) but I can’t disable that as then the website will not ‘work’ at all. I have disabled all plugins apart from Super Progressive Web Apps. I also temporarily disabled my App Protection and Google’s Play Protect Scanning – there are no anti-malware/anti-virus apps on my Samsung device nor any network restrictions. It still freezes up – I’ve noticed that, in fact, I can run it several times in quick session and it seems to be a time-lag after which it freezes, rather than the number of times it is run.

However, it does seems as though it is something on my phone as installing it on another Samsung device it looks to be ok. I use the ADW Launcher as my home screen app on the device on which the app freezes – could that be an issue?

Thanks for the reply. We’ve followed the procedures/processes suggested by the link but still have the problem.

An example of the top and bottom of our feed is shown below – it all looks okay to us but I appreciate you are the experts! Is there anything you can see that may be causing an issue?
