I believe it was a stale caching issue…. please confirm as I have seen a fee issues with this from other people https://passportworkforce.com/
By deactivating that plugin everything now works. However, I noticed now when you fill out the form it shoots you up the page and you cannot read the confirmation message. Why is it doing this behavior? You can now view the form in the footer of our homepage here: https://passportworkforce.com/
Confirmed. It appears to be a conflict with: Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection
I’ve tried incognito, cleared all cache, I tried different browsers, different phones tablets desktops, still getting that error for some reason.
Look harder. It is the only form on the page https://passportworkforce.com/test-page
